Christ Alone Church response to Mask Mandate by Gov. Evers that began on August 1, 2020:
On Thursday, July 30, 2020, Governor Evers issued a Mask Mandate for the state of Wisconsin that began August 1. It states that everyone is required to wear face masks while in spaces located indoors – including churches. We also recognize that there are exceptions to this new rule.
Christ Alone Church will still be meeting for in-person services at 10:00 AM on Sundays and we ask that you voluntarily comply with the Governor’s Order. We recognize that there are a variety of opinions surrounding this subject and it is up to you to make the best decision for yourself and your family. We will not turn you away if you choose not to wear a mask. You will not be stopped or questioned. We will be respectful that your reason for not wearing a mask falls inside the list of exemptions laid out in the Governor’s Order.
Here at Christ Alone Church, we are committed to keeping our church members and visitors safe and we take COVID-19 very seriously. If you are concerned about being in an environment where there may be non-mask wearers, we encourage you to join us via our online services that we have been live-streaming for the last several months.
We look forward to being with you tomorrow!
